Elevate your diving skills from self-sufficient diver to rescue-capable diver with our stress& Rescue Diver course. This challenging and rewarding program develops your knowledge and skills to prevent problems and confidently manage dive emergencies. Itinerary
Day 1:
• 08:30 AM: Course introduction and knowledge review
• 09:30 AM: Self-rescue and stress recognition theory
• 10:30 AM: Confined water rescue skills practice
• 12:30 PM: Lunch break
• 01:30 PM: Rescue techniques and scenarios in confined water
• 04:30 PM: Day 1 conclusion and knowledge assessment

Day 2:
• 08:30 AM: Emergency management theory and planning
• 10:00 AM: Boat departure for open water rescue scenarios
• 12:30 PM: Surface interval and lunch
• 01:30 PM: Additional open water rescue scenarios
• 04:00 PM: Final rescue assessment scenarios
• 05:30 PM: Course debrief and certification processing

What to Bring
• Swimwear
• Towel

• Proof of current CPR and First Aid training (or enroll in EFR course)
• Any personal medications
• Completed medical statement form

Important Notes
• Prerequisites: you open water decertification and Emergency First Response training within past 24 months
• Minimum age: 12 years
• Course duration: 2-3 days depending on student progress
• Medical questionnaire must be completed; some conditions may require physician approval
• No flying within 24 hours after diving
• This course is physically demanding and requires good fitness
• EFR (Emergency First Response) course available if needed
